I've lost my FFESSM level card
You have lost your card and you wish to obtain a new one: make a request on plain paper indicating your name, first name(s), date and place of birth, complete address and certification concerned.
This request must be sent to the federal headquarters along with a check for 20€ made out to the FFESSM.
If you are registered in the federal database (the club in which you registered or the club that issued your certification has transmitted the information), you will receive a duplicate of your card.
You can also call us at 0491339931 and pay the amount of 20€ by CB (over the phone).
Turnaround time - 3 to 5 business days.
