Dhoni Stella Maldives
The Dhoni is built from local wood like the traditional Maldivian fishing boats, and retains all the charm of a local boat to which all modern comforts have been added: 2 comfortable cabins with air conditioning, TV and DVD player, fully-equipped bathrooms and wifi throughout.
On your private dhoni cruise, the crew will take you to undiscovered shores accessible only by sea, for an exclusive and intimate vacation. You'll be guided throughout your cruise, visiting deserted islets and lagoons, exploring superb coral reefs while snorkeling, and diving the most beautiful sites with your guide.
For those who like fishing, the captain will show you his favorite fishing spots.
Your itinerary is built day by day according to your wishes, the captain's advice and the weather conditions. It can last from 4 days to infinity.
At night, you'll anchor in deserted lagoons or in the lagoons of luxury hotels, where you can enjoy a drink or dinner if you feel like it.
On a 10 nights trip, why not cruise 7 nights and spend 3 nights at a resort? Anything is possible, as you can privatize the boat. We can advise you and you decide!
On board your private Dhoni
Dhoni Stella I and Dhoni Stella II are built on the same model.
The Dhoni Stella I has one cabin with a king-size bed and one cabin with 2 twin beds. Maximum capacity is 4 people.
Dhoni Stella II features 2 identical cabins, each with a double bed and a single bed. Maximum capacity is 6 people.
Year of construction: 2007. Complete renovation in 2021.
Length: 23 m. Beam: 8 m. Cruising speed 8 knots. Motorized "Dinghy" dinghy.
Fresh water produced by watermaker to ensure a permanent supply.
Air conditioning throughout the boat.
220 V electricity 24 hours a day with soundproof generator. French-standard electrical outlet.
Crew: Captain, cook, steward. Diving instructor for diving cruises.
Equipment: TV/DVD, audio CD, fishing gear. Navigation and communication: CB radio, cell phone, GPS, marine VHF.
Wi-Fi Internet throughout the boat.
Refined cuisine
The chefs offer refined dishes with local, Asian or Western influences to suit your taste. Our private Dhonis offer a wide range of menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style, while dinner consists of 4 dishes chosen from the daily menu.
A selection of wines and beers is available on board.

These 10 days on the Dhoni stella 2 have been fabulous.
Kaathee's food, Suleiman's kindness, Aju's humor and the Captain's professionalism made every day extraordinary.
Used to private cruises, this was by far the best stay we've ever had.
From breakfast to bedtime, the crew is always on hand to suggest an activity or to help you discover the beauty of the Maldives. Abandoned beach, snorkeling, diving, BBQ, whaleshark...

We had the idea of taking a private cruise on the Dhoni Stella Maldives while listening to our friends tell us about their superb trip.
The first email contacts with Jérome were very rewarding, with answers to our little practical questions. It was reassuring to have a Frenchman who knew the Maldives like the back of his hand to put together a tailor-made program for you, given that this was our first trip to the country. With our 2 children, this trip was a memorable one, with tailor-made snorkeling where we saw it all!

Private Maldives cruise ideal for our family with our 2 children (aged 11 and 14). By specifying before arrival the style of cuisine we liked as well as the drinks, we were delighted with the catering on board Dhoni Stella.
For us, it was local cuisine (not too spicy for our children) and fresh fish.
The snorkeling and diving sites (we were lucky enough to spend 1 hour with mantas) were very beautiful. Especially when you're the only boat.
The lagoons chosen for nights were calm and pleasant.
Our only wish is to return with the same package, but perhaps for longer...
