Diving cruise in the Maldives aboard the Gurahali

In the heart of the Indian Ocean, you will discover the most beautiful sites by sailing on the Gurahali Maldives.

The boat accommodates 14 divers in 7 spacious and comfortable double cabins, located on the lower deck.

All cabins have a double bed and a single bunk bed as well as a private bathroom. The cabins are air-conditioned independently.

On the main deck, you will find a large indoor lounge with bar and an outdoor lounge at the front of the boat.

You will have your meals on the large common table located at the back and in the open air.

At the very top of the boat, you can relax on the shaded sundeck equipped with deckchairs.

The 3 decks offer beautiful spaces to meet and share your dives but also quieter places to read.

Dives aboard the Gurahali Maldives are supervised by two professional French instructors from the team of 4 instructors who have a minimum of 7 diving cruising seasons in the Maldives.
Rebecca (8th season), Sébastien (11th season), Charlotte (7th season) and Jean-Charles (9th season).

Recommended level: CMAS **, Level 2 FFESSM, Advanced PADI / NAUI / SSI or equivalent with more than 30 dives.
An experience in drift dives is strongly recommended.

Levels 1, CMAS * or Open Water with less than 30 dives are welcome on board the Gurahali Maldives. They will dive with a dedicated instructor so as not to penalize the rest of the group. We advise Open Water to do the Advanced PADI training during the cruise.

Number of dives: 3 dives per day except for the days of arrival, departure and long crossings. 1 night dive per week. 15 dives during a cruise of 7 nights . 18 h minimum surface interval before the aircraft.

PADI Diving Course: Nitrox and Advanced Open Water Training

The Guruhali Maldives is accompanied by a spacious dive boat fully equipped with 2 compressors, GPS, telephone, medical oxygen, storage for individual equipment, toilets and fresh water.

Type of bottle and fittings: 12 litres in aluminium, DIN/tip fittings (no double fittings).

Nitrox and equipment rental extra.

Oxygen therapy equipment: 1 50-litre bottle with regulator on request, 1 bottle with BAVU.

2 annexes: dinghy and diving boat. First aid kit.
Communication: VHF, GSM phone, radio-CB.

A perfect cruise!

A perfect cruise!
A comfortable boat, a discreet and efficient crew and our friendly and pleasant guides (JC and Charlotte).
Ideal diving conditions, little wind, little current and crystal clear water on the East and South atolls (perfect for photographers) Of
course we had mantas, sharks of all kinds, yellow, blue, red, green and other fish...
Everything was there for this successful cruise

Best parts:Caring and professional guides
Worst parts:the whale sharks didn't show up
March 2019

The cruise went perfectly.

The cruise went perfectly. The boat, the Gurahaliis beautiful, with all the comfort. The crew of the Gurahali like a diving boat is incredibly kind and available. The meals were delicious thanks to Saman, a talented chef. The dives were all more beautiful than the others. Jean-Charles and Charlotte, our DM dive guides during this stay were very professional, welcoming and warm. The diving boat was spacious. The rhythm of the days was ideal. The visits to the fishing islands and Malé with Charlotte as a tourist guide were a real plus. And the surprise reserved by the crew was simply extraordinary. Everything was done to create a great atmosphere.

Best parts:Absolutely everything was perfect.
